Job Summary:
Check products and materials at different stages—when they arrive, while they’re being made, and when they’re finished—to make sure they meet quality standards. This position will have responsibilities of 50% Quality & 50% Administrative responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Use tools and guidelines to check mechanical and electrical parts.
• Complete inspection reports, including first article inspections.
• Check products for cosmetic and functional quality.
• Verify labeling and packaging before shipping.
• Enter inspection results into the computer.
• Help improve quality processes and follow set procedures.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Help train others on quality and safety rules.
• Support quality audits and customer compliance checks.
• Suggest tools or equipment needed to do the job well.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inspection tools (like rulers, gauges, meters).
• Comfortable using a computer and entering data.
• On-the-job training provided.

Skills and Abilities:

• Good attention to detail and organization.
• Clear communication skills (speaking and writing).
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word).
  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions in English.
• Understand and follow safety rules.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
