We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join this modern, well-equipped facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to become part of a collaborative team in a forward-thinking environment.



Responsibilities:

Carrying out first-off and final inspections of precision-machined components to ensure they meet strict quality standards



*



Using a variety of measuring tools, including CMM, micrometers, height gauges, calipers, etc.



*



Completing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and/or PPAPs as required



*



Supporting the customer and internal NCR process, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions



*



Ensuring all inspection, measuring, and test equipment is properly calibrated in line with company procedures



*



Assisting internal auditors with systems and process audits



Requirements:



*



Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar quality inspection role



*



Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)



*



Solid problem-solving and communication skills



*



Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards



*



Experience using CMM inspection equipment (training available if needed)



Working Hours:



*



Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30



*



Friday: 07:30 – 13:30



*



23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
