Your impact

  • Lead a robust internal audit program—plan, execute, report, and drive timely closure of findings.
  • Run effective management review meetings with data-driven inputs and clear outputs.
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance and continuous improvement of QMS (ISO 9001/TS 16949) and EMS (ISO 14001).
  • Own corrective actions: documentation, follow-through, and verification of effectiveness.
  • Control and improve all controlled documents; keep the system current and accessible.
  • Operate and refine the quality KPI/tracking system; present accurate, up-to-date metrics.
  • Create and maintain job instructions to enable consistent, repeatable outcomes.
  • Partner with quality and operations to sustain process capability and compliance.
  • Perform layered and floor audits for adherence to job instructions.
  • Validate gaging and calibration practices meet specified requirements.

What you’ll need

  • Expert-level understanding of TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 frameworks.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
  • Automotive industry background.
  • MS Excel (formulas, sorting) and MS Word proficiency.
  • Solid math fundamentals; excellent written and verbal communication.
