Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Engineering Manager for their facility located near the Murfreesboro, TN area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading the quality department and providing oversight to engineers, inspectors, technicians, and other support staff.

Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L.
-
Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
-
Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
-
Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
-
Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
-
Providing support to the company’s other regional sites when needed
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
-
5+ years of quality management experience
-
Hands-on Quality Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
-
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
