Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
  • Assist in the development of training programs to enhance quality awareness among staff.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and software (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
