Youll be the go-to person for quality on-site, working closely with production and engineering teams to ensure high standards are met, and continuously improved.----------------------------------------Key Responsibilities Manage and drive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Manage the QMSLead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) from investigation through to closureCarry out hands-on inspections (primarily visual, with some use of measurement tools)Validate and approve production technicians quality checksAnalyse quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesImplement and embed robust quality processes and controlsWork closely with engineering and production teams to improve overall product qualitySupport the transition from reactive quality to a more proactive, process-driven approach----------------------------------------About You Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong mechanical understanding this is essentialExperience working with NCRs, CAPAs, and root cause analysisA proactive mindset someone who wants to improve systems, not just maintain themStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence across teamsIndustry background is flexible attitude, approach, and mechanical knowledge are key.----------------------------------------Why Join?
