Quality Engineer Data Focused/ETL Testing Contract: 6 Months, Inside IR35, Rate - 450 a day

Location: Telford 1x onsite every 3 weeks

Role Overview Join the Core Modernisation team modernizing systems. Work within agile scrum teams (4-8 engineers) using 2-week sprints to deliver quality solutions across multiple technology stacks.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Remix React, JavaScript

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design and implement test automation solutions from scratch

\n

• Apply TDD/BDD methodologies and risk-based testing

\n

• Support CI/CD pipelines and shift-left quality practices

\n

• Coach team members on quality engineering best practices

\n

• Perform testing across all levels (Unit, System, Integration, NFR)

\n

• Analyse business requirements and create testing strategies

\n

• Manage test data and testing collateral

\n

• Participate in development through pair-programming

\n
