We’re seeking a Quality Engineer who can strengthen quality systems, support compliance, and help drive continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role blends hands-on quality support with process-focused engineering work to ensure products meet customer and industry requirements. It’s a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working across production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO compliance and consistent documentation practices.
- Assist with FAA-related inspection activities and quality requirements tied to regulated product environments.
- Manage calibration tracking and support measurement system readiness across inspection equipment.
- Contribute to process development and improvement initiatives focused on reducing variation and improving quality performance.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to support inspection planning and quality evaluation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in an ISO-controlled quality environment.
- Familiarity with FAA inspection requirements or regulated quality standards.
- Strong understanding of calibration programs and measurement equipment control.
- Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
- Experience supporting QMS documentation, compliance, and internal quality processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
