What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to for all things quality — from audits to problem-solving to keeping things running smooth.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement using tools like PDCA, 8D, and 5-Why.
  • Partner with suppliers, production, and customers to fix issues before they become headaches.
  • Get hands-on with PPAPs, FMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, GD&T, and other automotive core tools.
  • Jump into new product launches — making sure we’re preventing problems, not reacting to them.
  • Track and improve KPIs, analyze data, and create solutions that make real impact.
  • Support and lead ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 activities and audits.
  • Work with teams across manufacturing, sales, and leadership — everyone has a seat at the table.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering (Automotive Manufacturing ).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of ISO/IATF standards, automotive core tools, and problem-solving methods.
  • Experience with GD&T, data analysis, and statistical tools.
  • Strong communication skills — you’ll talk with everyone from shop floor to customers.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with CAD, supplier development, or launch activities.

Travel & Extras

  • Occasional travel (about 25%) to support suppliers and customers.
  • Passport and driver’s license needed.
  • Spanish or Japanese skills? Nice bonus, but not required.
