If you're motivated by making a measurable hands on impact, thrive on solving problems, and want to be part of a team that values precision, innovation, and high standards, this could be the perfect next step in your career. \n\nThis position offers the next step into Quality Management for the right candidate. \n\nBrief Description of Job Duties\n\nGenerating, controlling, monitoring, reporting, and reviewing quality data to identify and communicate trends.\nHead RCA teams in the identification and resolution of quality issues and concerns raised, using Quality tools such as 5 whys, 8D and corrective action tracking tools.\nMaintain communication of internal and external rejects to stakeholders\nImplementing process controls.\nRecording and control of internal and external rejects and their disposition.\nConducting scrap and customer return reviews.\nGeneration of quality documents such as quality alerts/sop etc.\nUpkeep of quality data and reporting to the business.\nPhysical measurement, using basic inspection equipment such as verniers, height gauges etc.\nAudit processes across the business to ensure compliance to the process.\nInputting data and compliance documentation into QMS.\nDrive targeted improvement to eliminate non-conformances.\nControlling and tracking the effectiveness of improvements and corrective actions\nIdentifying product, process, and manufacturing improvements.\nReducing variability in casting quality through active pursuit of improvements to our quality system and process controls.\nDevise procedures to inspect and report quality issues and concerns.\nManage Standard work documentation.\nDevelop documentation to support the product development.\nParticipate in customer audit visits and assessments.Requirements\n\nProven technical foundry knowledge associated with production processes, foundry capabilities and controls for high integrity ductile iron.\nAbility to facilitate Lean / Root cause analysis projects.\nITAF and ISO Awareness.
