Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Overview
A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced IATF 16949 Specialist to support and enhance its quality management systems. This role will play a critical part in maintaining compliance, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement across operations and supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and related quality requirements
- Evaluate manufacturing processes, documentation, and performance metrics to identify non-conformances and improvement opportunities
- Develop comprehensive audit reports, including findings, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and suppliers on IATF standards and quality best practices
- Support ongoing certification efforts and compliance initiatives
- Stay current on industry regulations, standards, and evolving compliance requirements
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across operations
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting IATF 16949 audits in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Strong background in quality systems, auditing, and compliance

- 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience working with metal, steel, or heavy manufacturing processes
