JAKTOOL is looking for a Quality Engineer who is responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality. This involves working closely with our production and design teams to identify potential quality issues, develop and implement quality control procedures, and monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures in areas such as design, manufacturing, and assembly to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality
  • Work closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions to resolve them
  • Analyze data on quality metrics such as defect rates and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind
  • Conduct audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives using advanced root cause analysis and statistical techniques to drive long-term process improvements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or related field
  • Experience with quality control procedures and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
