Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer include:
Improving, implementing, and maintaining quality systems throughout the plant
Improving process controls
Engaging active leader on the manufacturing floor
Working with customers to resolve any issues
Interacting with multiple plant departments including sales, product development and production
 
Requirements for the Quality Engineer position include:
Experience as a QE in an automotive environment
Experience doing FMEA, PPAP, APQP
Experience IATF, TS16949, ISO
Ability to read prints and understand GD&T
Excellent communication and organization skills
