Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (Bournemouth)  



Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location: Bournemouth, UK



Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Bournemouth, is looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring product excellence and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.



  Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and standards across production.



Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.



Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.



Support compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.



Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.



  Requirements:

Proven experience in a manufacturing Quality Engineer role.



Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).



Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.



Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.



Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
