Job Description

Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (Bournemouth)  \n\n Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum\nLocation: Bournemouth, UK\n\nOur client, a leading manufacturing company based in Bournemouth, is looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring product excellence and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\n\n   Key Responsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality processes and standards across production.\n\nConduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.\n\nCollaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.\n\nMaintain accurate quality documentation and reports.\n\n  Requirements:\nProven experience in a manufacturing Quality Engineer role.\n\nStrong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).\n\nAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively across teams and departments.\n\nLean manufacturing experience is a plus
