Overview:
Flexcraft is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the quality control process, reviewing products, materials, and processes
• Conduct inspections, tests, audits, and document results
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure product specifications are met
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive quality-related decisions
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain accurate records of quality tests and improvement initiatives
• Develop and track key quality metrics
• Communicate quality standards and improvement strategies across teams
• Provide training on quality standards and control techniques
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications:
:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Minimum:

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to conduct virtual meetings using video-based technology
• Project management experience from conception to completion
