Primary Duties

• Inspect machines, fabricated products, and assemblies for quality compliance.
• Review electrical and mechanical assembly practices.
• Develop and structure manufacturing procedures.
• Assist in resolving quality issues within manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and control equipment calibration programs.
• Support and advance the company’s Quality Program.
• Identify and resolve non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop new methods to address challenges during QA activities.
• Assist in ISO 9001 quality audits.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent ().
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality and manufacturing environment.
• Experience in an ISO 9001-certified organization.
• 2+ years of hands-on inspection experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with teams and departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for documentation updates.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to adjust inspection priorities as needed.
• Practical understanding of GD&T, blueprints, and inspection documentation.
• Skilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Experience leading teams or groups in quality assurance settings.
