What you will be doing:



Champion problem-solving activities to prevent defects, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.



Investigate customer and operational quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventive actions.



Maintain and improve Quality Management System processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.



Conduct internal audits to ensure best practices are followed.



Support new product introduction, ensuring compliance, robustness, and product longevity from launch.



What we are looking for:



Proven background in Quality Engineering or Electronics Engineering.



Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standards and auditing.



Skilled in Quality Improvement Tools (Six Sigma, SPC, 5Why's, FMEA, Cp/Cpk, etc.).



Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.



Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) highly desirable.



Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
