The End of Line Inspector is responsible for performing final quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer standards before packaging and shipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and preventing defects from reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of finished products at the end of the production line.
- Verify products against quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
- Identify and document any non-conformances, defects, or deviations from standards.
- Communicate defects to production and quality teams and assist in root cause analysis when required.
- Complete inspection records, checklists, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure defective or non-compliant products are quarantined and properly labeled.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement activities and suggest quality improvements when observed.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection .
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, or technical drawings (if applicable).
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Comfortable using gauges, calipers, or other inspection tools (training may be provided).
- Good communication and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Disclosure: This is a temp-to-perm position. All production employees for this role must be employed through Projob (staffing agency) for a minimum of 90 days.
