Quality Department Supervisor

Location: Onsite | Full-Time

Salary Range - $75,000 - $85,000

Industry: Manufacturing | ISO 9001 Environment

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality Department and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on the floor, developing procedures, solving problems, training team members, and ensuring high-quality production in line with ISO 9001 standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise the daily activities of the Quality Department
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation
• Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
• Train and mentor staff in quality standards and best practices
• Inspect incoming/outgoing materials and oversee nonconforming product handling
• Collaborate with Engineering on process and product improvements
• Coordinate calibration of measuring equipment and tools
• Collect and analyze data to monitor trends and drive improvements

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in a quality leadership or supervisory role (manufacturing )
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and production processes
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and quality procedures
• Comfortable working on the production floor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical software a plus
• Skilled with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, etc.)
• Strong communicator with solid organizational and training skills
• Six Sigma or CQE certification is a plus
