About Us:
JRP Utility Construction is an expert turn-key utility construction company that offers walkout and design, permitting, both aerial and underground construction, fiber and copper splicing and all required testing and closeout packages. We are seeking a motivated, safety-conscious Quality Control Supervisor to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is critical to protecting underground utilities and ensuring the safety of construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
  
  
• Ensure construction plans are being followed and project specifications are met.
  
  
• Monitor safety regulations and compliance across job sites.
  
  
• Oversee restoration work to ensure it is completed to specification.
  
  
• Take and organize project photos for client documentation and reporting.
  
  
• Collaborate frequently with managers, field crews, and clients to maintain project quality.
  
  
• Provide clear and effective communication between crews, clients, and management.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license.
  
  
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
  
  
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  
  
• 3+ years of experience in utility construction, underground construction, or a related field.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to travel for projects as needed.
  
  
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  
  
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing project needs.
  
  
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
  
  
• Top-notch communication and leadership abilities.
