Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $15 - $17 /HR
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Job Description: Quality Control Technician

We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to perform inspections and measurements of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products. This role involves using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances, and reading blueprints and specifications. The technician will identify and document non-conforming products.

Responsibilities also include monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to standards and recommending adjustments to improve quality. The technician will collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns.

Documentation and reporting are key aspects, including maintaining detailed records of inspections and tests, generating reports for the quality manager, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Quality Control Technician Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a Quality Control position in electronics/manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Ability to read schematics and use testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills are required.
