As a Quality Control Specialist (“QC”) in our Intake Department you will be responsible for assisting the Intake Executives once a case has been vetted by intake and/or a new client has signed an agreement to be represented by the firm ensuring that all data is entered accurately, thoroughly, and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Review the work of Intake Executives, including initial consultation notes, case information, and appointment schedules.
- Enter pertinent client information into the Firm’s client management system and gather documentation as needed.
- Verify that all information is accurate and complete, with a keen eye for detail.
- Identify any errors or discrepancies and work closely with the Intake Executives to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is .
- Prior experience in quality control, data analysis, or a similar role is .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process is a plus.
