Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and control processes for our construction project. This role is essential in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality in accordance with industry regulations and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control plan tailored to the construction project, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish quality expectations and provide guidance on best practices.
- Review and approve all construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety certifications.
- Document and maintain records of quality inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Train and mentor site personnel on quality control procedures and practices to foster a culture of quality and safety on site.
- Analyze data and trends related to quality control, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in project meetings to communicate quality issues, updates, and resolutions to the project team and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Must have minimum of 3-5 years electrical quality control management experience. Must have OSHA 30.
