Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and performing quality inspections in a contract manufacturing sheet metal and machine shop environment. This position makes sure parts meet print requirements and that the shop follows ISO 9001 and AS9100 procedures.

Daily Duties

• Supervise and perform part inspections on the shop floor
• Ensure parts meet blueprint and customer requirements
• Plan and manage quality activities to meet ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Enforce company policies and quality procedures
• Review prints and specifications
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Work with production to resolve quality issues
• Maintain quality records and inspection paperwork
• Support audits and customer requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Able to speak, read, and write English
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of quality or manufacturing experience

Licenses / ID Required

• Valid Driver’s License or government-issued ID
• Social Security Card
