Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes, CA Franchise, a Brown and Buchanan Ventures Company, is a veteran owned and operated Vacation Rental Management company that offers a unique and powerful combination of a locally owned franchise and a brand.
We are looking to hire a diligent Quality Control/Maintenance Technician.
In this role, you will maintain and repair property systems and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, quality control, equipment installation, responding to repair requests, and collaborating with our vendor maintenance teams. You'll work in various settings, handling tasks in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and plastering--requiring moderate technical skills and physical ability.

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of properties, ensuring they meet our high standards and are guest ready.
- Handle repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment and appliances.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and legal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage in problem-solving to improve guest experiences.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including power and plumbing tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance and Quality Control (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year ()
Work Location: In person and within properties throughout our Mammoth Lakes, CA market.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school certificate - .
- At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance and Quality Control.
- Ability to work weekends, after-hours, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and ability to handle physical demands of the job.
- Proficient in using Office365, PMS, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and inventory management skills.
