Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure our products and processes meet company and customer standards. This role supports daily quality operations, assists the Quality Control Manager, and works closely with production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products
• Read and use blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Record inspection results and maintain reports
• Identify quality issues and recommend solutions
• Assist with updating inspection procedures (SOPs)
• Perform product and process audits
• Support production teams as needed
• Communicate and help resolve quality concerns
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Manufacturing experience (plastics industry a plus)
• Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good English communication skills (read, write, speak)
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and reaching
• Use ladders when needed
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
