Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (Q.C.) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products, ensuring they meet company standards, and maintaining quality assurance processes throughout production. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications
• Perform routine quality checks during production processes
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Report quality issues to supervisors and assist in corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
• Use measuring tools and equipment as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform quality audits in accordance with FDA regulations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous quality control or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if applicable]
