Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Conroe, TX 77306
Pay: Up to $19.50/hour, depending on experience
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Conroe, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. If you have a strong eye for detail and experience with precision measuring tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and product specifications.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, including cracks, deformations, and surface imperfections.
  • Document inspection findings and report non-conforming products according to company procedures.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other applicable quality requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external quality audits as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training or certification in Quality Control or Inspection is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of quality inspection experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Required Skills

  • Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and quality management software.
