Job Description:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Inspector to oversee the quality of our CNC manufactured parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a CNC manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test CNC manufactured parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for CNC machined parts.
• Document inspection results and compile reports on findings.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with the production team to implement quality control procedures.
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a CNC machining environment (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and capabilities.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in quality control is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
