Job Description:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Inspector to oversee the quality of our CNC manufactured parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a CNC manufacturing environment and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test CNC manufactured parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for CNC machined parts.
- Document inspection results and compile reports on findings.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with the production team to implement quality control procedures.
- Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a CNC machining environment (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and capabilities.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in quality control is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
