Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and identify defects.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality management systems and corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform measurements using calipers and other precision instruments to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results and prepare reports for management review.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in using vision inspection systems for quality assessment.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
• Experience in fabricating components or products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members across departments.
