About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Tracy, CA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. You’ll play a key role in inspections, continuous improvement, and supporting both production and compliance efforts.
What You’ll Do

  • Verify that manufacturing teams produce customer-required products to specification.
  • Collect and analyze data for Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
  • Train personnel on inspection processes, techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in developing Control Plans, Inspection Plans, and measuring techniques.
  • Support third-party audits (customers and regulatory agencies).
  • Help obtain and maintain required quality certifications.
  • Document and validate manufacturing inspections; ensure data is available for reviews.
  • Generate and implement quality improvement suggestions.
  • Enforce compliance with internal inspection and control plans.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects across operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of construction or manufacturing experience ().
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data to root causes.
  • Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma principles through hands-on application.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); comfortable presenting to management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Team-oriented with ability to build strong relationships across functions.

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening.
  • Effective communication skills and basic math proficiency.
  • Ability to work in factory conditions (noise, dust, etc.).
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and organized with strong time-management skills.
