Your Role:

As QC & QA Assistant Manager / Manager, youll be instrumental in ensuring every Pixi product meets the highest standards from formula to shelf. Youll lead the implementation of quality control and assurance protocols, working cross-functionally to infuse quality at every stage of our product lifecycle.

What Youll Own

• Design and implement Pixis first standardized QC & QA framework
• Build protocols and testing flows to evaluate finished goods and packaging
• Partner with NPD and Supply Chain to embed quality in pre-production stages
• Proactively resolve product concerns to uphold customer trust
• Monitor and assess vendor and manufacturer compliance across global partners
• Create QC/QA documentation and logs within ERP system
• Stay up to date with U.S., EU, and international regulations for beauty and skincare
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and report on KPIs to track product quality over time
• Educate internal teams on quality standards and ensure consistent execution
• Lay the foundation for future team expansion as Pixi grows

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, Cosmetic Science or similar
• 3+ years experience in QC/QA in skincare, cosmetics, or CPG
• Experience building or revamping quality systems from scratch
• Familiar with regulatory compliance (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, etc.)
• Analytical, process-driven mindset with strong documentation habits
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quality management software
• Able to balance big picture strategy with hands-on execution
• Excellent cross-functional communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving
