Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferably with a major in math or science OR equivalent experience in managing a Quality Department
  • Strong Background in Metrology
  • Strong Math and Statistical Skills
  • Ability to use micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, depth micrometers, height gauges, CMM, and other measuring devices
  • Proficient in technology including Microsoft Suite Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Vision correctable to 20-20
  • Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting and reporting monthly calibration report
  • conducting and measuring all new products and distributes Bottle Inspection Reports
  • Collect and organize all chips
  • Help Develop and distribute carton packing for new products
  • Help develop new specifications and testing requirements
  • Recommend, install, and evaluate new quality equipment
  • Assist in writing new product quality standards
  • Maintaining and developing all Quality Inspections Cards for bottles
  • Assist in conducting quality training for new employees (Bottles 101)
  • Monitor implementation and adherence to procedures
  • Help formulate quality policies and procedures

Work Environment:

Work is usually performed in an office Setting however occasional exposure to production floor elements such as noise, dust, odors and fumes may take place.
