Location: Reading area. This role can be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley), but will initially be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. About the Role\n
The Quality Certification Manager is crucial in ensuring that Edgewing maintains and renews its EN9100 certification while complying with AQAP 2310 standards. As the central owner of certification activities, you will:

- Lead the certification strategy and manage relationships with certification bodies.
- Oversee audit readiness and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a robust Quality Management System.
- Drive continuous improvement, identify risks, and coach process owners to enhance operational excellence.

Core Duties\n

- Prepare and present regular reports on certification activities, including success metrics and areas for improvement.
- Lead and develop the certification team, fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Implement and maintain certification strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding certification processes and requirements.
- Oversee root-cause analysis and corrective actions management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance Edgewing’s effectiveness.
