Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead with over 12 years of experience in testing cloud-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one of the following platforms: \n Salesforce \n Oracle Cloud ERP / CPQ \n ServiceNow \n Key Responsibilities: \n Lead and execute end-to-end testing for CRM and ERP systems. \n Demonstrate strong understanding of system functions and business processes.

\n Identify testing gaps, create and maintain test cases and test cycles. \n Perform test execution, document results, and manage SIT, E2E, and UAT phases. \n Communicate issues early from test cycles to help raise risks proactively.

\n Collaborate with business leads and QA leadership to ensure comprehensive test coverage. \n Explain project/customer business processes clearly and effectively. \n Work across multiple applications/modules beyond primary expertise.

\n Utilize test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr . \n\n Required Skills: \n Deep understanding of Salesforce for customer management and case processing. \n Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud Integration .

\n Strong analytical and communication skills. \n Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
