Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) – Process Piping

We are seeking a QAR to serve as a code compliance and constructability resource for construction management and engineering teams, while also providing discipline-specific installation support for high-purity process piping in microelectronics construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards for piping materials (plastic, metal, hybrid)

• Write, interpret, and maintain installation guidelines, bulletins, and memos

• Act as a content expert in piping construction, clearly setting expectations for quality and compliance

Required Expertise:

• Carbon steel & stainless steel welding

• Heat fusion & solvent welding of plastics

• Various pipe joining methods (threaded, compression, flared fittings, brazing, soldering, etc.)

• ASME B31.3 compliant certifications (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, orbital welding)

• George Fischer PVDF fusion certification (IR 63, IR225)

• PVC/CPVC bonding per ASME B31.3 and manufacturer certifications

Qualifications:

• Experience in QA/QC roles for major high-tech construction projects (semiconductor facilities )

• High Purity Systems Weld Inspection experience required
