Job Description

We're hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer in the Ossining, NY area. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product excellence from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading internal audits and driving compliance with ISO 9001 & AS9100 standards

• Overseeing QA documentation, SOPs, and quality performance metrics

• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve systems and solve problems

• Coaching a team and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of quality leadership in a manufacturing or production environment

• Deep understanding of ISO/AS standards and process control

• Strong communication and cross-functional team skills

• A hands-on, solutions-first mindset — you get in the weeds and elevate the whole team
