MCS Group is delighted to be working with Ireland's leading professional accountancy body who are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. The role can be based in Belfast or Dublin. The Benefits The successful Quality Assurance Manager can expect to receive the following: Hybrid working - 2 days in the office 23 Days bank holidays (20 days annual leave and 3 concession days. This will increase by one day each year to a max of 25 days 3 concession days.) Non-guaranteed discretionary bonus scheme. Payment is dependent on personal performance and is not guaranteed or contractual. Corporate gym membership rate with Trinity Sport. The Role You will have a wide range of duties, such as; Committee Support & Governance: Prepare agendas and case papers, present cases to relevant Committees, provide expert advice, and ensure implementation of Committee decisions. Liaise with legal advisers and support external oversight. Regulatory Compliance & Processes: Maintain and oversee regulatory committee procedures, handle member and firm enquiries, review compliance submissions, and approve applications for public practice and regulated services. Team Leadership & Strategy Implementation: Manage a small team including performance and talent development, ensure adherence to Chartered Accountants Ireland policies, and support the implementation of the Institute's medium-term strategy. Health, Safety & Welfare: Ensure the well-being of team members and compliance with health and safety policies.
