The successful candidate will have a scientific background and lead quality assurance activities, assist/support laboratory testing and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on polymeric membranes and raw materials.
• Assist in the development and validation of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to monitor product performance and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation in accordance with industry standards (ISO).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering).
• Strong interest in biomedical technologies and filtration systems.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment or independently.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
