Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive decision-making and enhance product quality.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality assurance tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
