We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance team and ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards. This role will also develop and implement effective plans and strategies.

Quality Assurance Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance plans, processes, and procedures
• Develop and maintain quality standards and metrics
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Evaluate and audit processes, products, and services to ensure quality
• Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements
• Lead and mentor quality assurance team members
• Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and customers are satisfied
• Keep informed of industry trends and best practices
• General administrative work, helping out as needed within the company 

Quality Assurance Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality assurance software
