Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Quality Management System, as well as managing the quality assurance department and its staff. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining systems for quality and reliability testing to ensure the organization’s products and development processes meet the highest standards. The QC Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a key role in driving continuous improvement and compliance across all quality functions.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in related field with supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5 PM
