MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT EXPERIENCE AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR


Connect Staffing is seeking adetail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Assurance Inspectorto fill an opening at afoam fabrication and mattress manufacturing facility in Waco, TX.


Schedule:Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime as required


Requirements for Quality Assurance Inspector:


  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a team player mentality
  • Knowledge of QC methodologies and inspection standards across multiple product categories.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to stand and move between production areas for most of the shift.
  • Must have good written documentation and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Quality Control, Quality Inspector, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Quality Assurance Auditor.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector:


  • Inspect foam and fabric components, finished mattresses, and related products for quality and accuracy.
  • Verify that materials and finished goods meet company and customer standards.
  • Document and report inspection findings, defects, and corrective actions accurately.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date inspection records and quality logs.
  • Communicate quality concerns promptly to supervisors and production staff.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities to prevent future defects.
  • Work independently to ensure consistent inspection coverage and product compliance throughout the production process.
