Quality Assurance Inspector

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client in Leetsdale is seeking a QA Inspector to join the team

Duties:

- Inspect and test purchased and manufactured components for compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Test incoming raw materials and record inspection results accurately.
- Identify, quarantine, and document defective parts; prepare non-conformance reports.
- Enter inspection data into databases and ERP systems.
- Coordinate gauge calibrations and support rework as needed.
- Perform other duties and overtime as required.

Requirments:

- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary manufacturing certification (e.g., Mechatronics) .
- Experience with CMM operation and CAD reading.
- Proficient in inspection equipment use; manufacturing or fluid power industry experience a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ), spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Understanding of inspection and quality control methods, techniques, and documentation.
