We are seeking a skilled Quality Applications Engineer to lead and oversee application-driven processes within our high-precision manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes engineering applications and process improvement, while maintaining strong focus on quality control. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a background in engineering. Exposure to machining, computational logic, and GD&T is . This position will collaborate closely with the Applications Engineering team, Quality team, and Production Team to streamline communication and facilitate collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Applications Engineers to integrate innovative solutions that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability.
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges.
- Execute quality control efforts, ensuring standards are consistently achieved across all production processes.
- Foster teamwork, a positive work environment, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills are a must.
- Management experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong critical thinking and engineering-based problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in engineering, machining, or quality control is .
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
