Job Description
Job Title: QC Inspector
Location: San Jose, CA

+ About the job:
Inspect materials and products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and
customer requirements.

+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Brings prior manufacturing experience, including soldering and component recognition
• Can read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions
• Can chart inspection and test data accurately
• Can work under a microscope and use small hand measuring tools
• Is familiar with ISO9001, AS9100, or ISO13485 processes ()
• Can lift, stand, climb, and bend in a manufacturing environment

+ What you’ll do:
• Perform first article/piece inspections at the start of production runs
• Conduct roving sample inspections and quality audits using documentation packages
• Perform 100% final inspections before shipping to customers
• Inspect incoming materials and services in the receiving inspection
• Report material, process, or design discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams
• Maintain quality records for vendor and internal process evaluations
• Resolve inspection issues independently when needed
