QAQC Engineer

• Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures
• Review HVAC drawings specifications and method statements
• Conduct inspection of HVAC systems including ducting piping insulation and equipment installation
• Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP) checklists and quality reports
• Coordinate with site team for material inspections and approvals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards such as ASHRAE and SMACNA
• Monitor site activities to ensure workmanship meets quality standards
• Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all QA/QC activities
• Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 58 years of experience in QA/QC for HVAC works
• Experience in construction oil and gas or MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including ducting chilled water systems and ventilation
• Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE SMACNA and ISO
• Good understanding of ITP method statements and QA documentation
• QA/QC or ISO certification is an advantage
• Good communication and reporting skills

Additional Information :

• GCC experience preferably UAE or ADNOC projects
• Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects
