Job DescriptionJob Description

Labor Solutions is currently seeking an experienced and bilingual QA Supervisor to join a growing plastic production facility in Pleasant Prairie. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering a flexible work schedule and competitive pay.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday OR 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 3–4 days/week
Employees may choose their schedule. Final schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Pay:$30–$35/hour

Requirements:

• Bilingual – English & Spanish (Required)
• Previous QA supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills                                                                       

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor QA analysts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Process Development & Implementation:

• Create, implement, and refine QA procedures and quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Oversee product testing and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Issue Resolution:

• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.

Testing & Reporting:

• Develop and execute test plans, perform testing (manual and automated), and report on results and defects.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall quality and productivity.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of testing results, defects, and corrective measures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
