QA Automation Engineer - C# / Selenium\n\nHours - 11am - 7pm \nPredominantly Remote\n\nRole Overview:\nThe QA Automation Engineer will develop test approaches, estimates, and plans for complex systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Ensure excellence and coherence in software system endpoints.\n* Provide input on functional requirements and advise on client software design.\n* Deliver testable requirements and apply appropriate testing techniques.\n* Lead user story and test case development and execution.\n* Design, develop, document, and maintain test artifacts.\n* Create test plans and prepare test data and environments.\n* Execute automated tests and generate reports.\n* Analyze test results to identify defects and advise on severity.\n* Perform defect triage and assess impact and resolution.\n* Publish effective test metrics for decision-making.\n* Recommend delivery quality improvements and influence implementation decisions.\n* Coordinate with team members on-site, off-site, and off-shore.\n\nProficiencies:\n* QA Automation best practices.\n* Test Case/Script Design and Implementation.\n* Business Applications (Microsoft Suite, including Visio, Project).\n* Strong communication, negotiation, critical thinking, leadership, customer service, and collaboration skills.\n\nQualifications:\n* 3+ years QA automation experience.\n* 5+ years QA experience with Test and Issues Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).\n* Experience with manual and automated testing procedures and tools.\n* Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall environments.\n* Experience with web application architecture and development technologies (JSON, HTML, CSS).\n* API Testing Methods (Post, Put, Get, Delete).\n* Knowledge of programming (C#, Java) and QA Automation Tools (Selenium).\n* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
